About US

There is so much to do at Hookslide's! Only steps from Boarding House Park, Lowell Memorial Auditorium and the Tsongas Arena, Hookslide Kelly's is the best party spot to visit while in Lowell! With two large, fully stocked bars, satellite beer gardens and expansive outdoor seating -we have something for any mood you're in! Hookslide Kelly's originally opened for business on November 10, 2006 by the Callery Family and is named after famed Boston Beaneaters player, Michael J. Kelly who invented the Hookslide.

According to the Lowell Sun: “The crowds have not diminished and Hookslide Kelly's has fast become one of the most popular gathering spots in the city. Lunchtime finds some of downtown's most notable faces -- lawyers, business people, city officials, even newspaper reporters. Nighttime finds an eclectic mix of downtown condo owners, college students and sports fans.” “Twenty-one flat-screen plasma televisions line the walls and booths in the main dining room at Hookslide Kelly's. Down the hall to the back -- under the sign that reads "Gate B" -- is a small lounge called "21 Paige Street," that offers three more TVs and an outside patio, where patrons can enjoy their meals.” Now under new ownership, we invite you to give Hookslide’s a visit!
