The past few months have been very busy, and I want to apologize that I never took the time to thank you and your staff for handling my graduation party so perfectly. Having worked in the restaurant business myself, I realize how rare it is to be staffed by a such an incredibly professional and hard working group of people. Anyone who knows me, knows that I have very high expectations, and you and your staff not only met them, but went above and beyond. (thank you for the decorations and the cake, you didn't have to do that)
 
In particular, I want to thank you for coordinating this event and pulling it off so seamlessly. My guests were very impressed with your establishment - both the excellent service the venue. Several of the UML students were surprised that you hosted such events - since they're so used to seeing it filled with college students at night - and that you do them so well. The venue and atmosphere was perfectly suited for my parents (who came from out of town) and my bosses, while still providing a relaxed, fun atmosphere for my friends and college age siblings.
 
Hookslide Kelly's is definitely the first place in Lowell that I'd send someone who is looking to do a similar event.  The patio is gorgeous from mid spring to mid fall and the food is well above average (who knew?).

Dear Brian and Angela,
 
I just wanted to thank you both for hosting my engagement party at Hookslide Kelly’s. Everything was perfect! The service was fast and everyone was so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious (all my favorite things) and I was very excited to see the mac & cheese bites! I know you ordered them just for me, thank you! Everyone loved the band and the DJ. The music was very good and they even got the grandparents dancing! Our mothers and aunts were very happy to be able to come in so early to decorate and cannot get over how accommodating and helpful your staff was. I was amazed at how beautiful the patio and tables looked. I can’t think of a single thing that I would have changed. In fact, I’m planning to have a wedding reception there also, for those who can’t make it to our big day in Jamaica! It’s nice to know that we can have a party and not stress about things going smoothly. Thank you again for all your help and we look forward to doing it all over again in the spring!

Dear Angela and Brian,
 
I just wanted to write a little note thanking the both of you for such a great job on the 30th Birthday party I hosted on July 10th.  You were both so easy to work with prior to, in planning the menu, and were very responsive to my numerous emails.  The day of the party, Brian was very accommodating, arranging the room exactly how I wanted, and assured me that the food and cake would be set up and ready to go by the start of the party at 8 PM, which it was. 
 
Customer service and responsiveness are definitely two of your strong points at Hookslide Kelly’s.  The food was great, the music was great and the bartenders were outstanding!  I would definitely host another party there!
