remember your email that you used email the
helpdesk@mcc-web.com with your new email address and we
will update your information. Once updated we will send you an
email of the update.
My email / website is not working, what is going on?
On the above links, click on Network Status to find out what is going on.
If the Network
status is Normal, please call 866-533-4948 to notify us of a problem.
How can I access my emails remotely?
Go to
http://mail.infosaic.om and enter your email address and
password to your email account. 90% of the time your password will
match your password to your online member account.
How can I change my password to my email?
Go to http://mail.infosaic.om and enter your email address and password to your email account. Once logged in move your pointer over Settings, choose My Settings.
Your online account
with MCC is separate from your email account. It is recommended that
update both at the same time.
Can I pay online with credit card and is it safe?
Yes you can, you can
log into your account and click on invoices. This will show you
all the invoices we have ever sent you and tells you which ones have
been paid. Click on the Unpaid invoice number to bring up the
invoice. Once the invoice loads scroll down to where it says
'Click here to pay online'.
